Welcome to The Home-Reef Aquarium maintenance and services division. Here at the Home-Reef we provide aquarium maintenance in the Rhode Island and South Eastern Massachusetts area.
The Home-Reef currently maintains residential and commercial custom or stock aquariums. We would be happy to design a maintenance plan that is customized to each of your individual needs. Our standard services can be provided weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Some systems require more frequent attention and are set up on a daily plan.
The Home-Reef has a service team that is dedicated to the aquarium maintenance industry, and does not run a retail store front like most of our competition. This allows for us to specialize in the maintenance and design industry. We realize that you have invested a lot in your home or business aquarium, and The Home-Reef wants to protect your investment by providing the aquarium care that you deserve. We specialize in marine and reef aquariums, and are always happy to maintain your freshwater systems as well.
During our service visits our team will provide the following:
Service your life support, mechanical, and filters
Clean your acrylic or glass viewing panels
Conduct water analysis
Clean the gravel
Animal husbandry
Water changes
Consultation for your aquariums specific needs
Take care of any sick animals- we will bring any sick animals back to our quarantine facility for treatment of parasites or bacterial infections
Provide all products to maintain a healthy aquarium environment
The Home-Reef also offers specialized services to those private or commercial aquariums for:
Consultation for basic design, financial planning, and construction
Renovations of older systems, repair, and upgrades to life support systems
Design and installation of new aquariums using the latest technology
